- To set forth the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility Policy as stipulated in the Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules thereof
- To identify and formulate the broad areas the company shall pursue towards fulfilling its CSR obligations
- To serve as a guiding document to plan, identify, implement and monitor CSR initiatives
Improving Literacy through 'Educate a Child' CSR Initiative
MIPL is a socially-responsible firm that believes in giving back to the society by contributing towards improving literacy levels and educating underprivileged children. The company launched ‘Educate a Child’ initiative in 2021 to fulfill its corporate social responsibility. The initiative focuses on spreading the benefits of primary and secondary education among poor children and aims at educating the ones who are not capable of being enrolled in schools owing to low economic standards of their family.
Through Educate a Child initiative RNSP endeavors to fulfill its social obligation and at the same time bring a positive change to the society. The company also believes in giving back its share to the society in lieu of all the public resources it uses for efficiently running its business operations. The company plans to contribute more towards CSR activities in the future and looks forward to joining hands with NGOs and govt. organizations that would help in fulfilling the social responsibility.
